The Practical test is designed to show that you can drive safely in different road and traffic conditions and have a good knowledge of the highway code and that you can show this through your driving ability.

•Show Me Tell Me Questions

•General Driving Ability

•Reversing the Vehicle Safely

•Independent Driving Section

The test will last aproximatley 45 minutes.

You’ll pass your test if you make:

15 or fewer driving faults and no serious or dangerous faults.

Current cost is £63 on a weekday or £75 at weekends & bank holidays.

Stuart is able to facilitate students taking their tests in:

• Alness

• Golspie

• Lairg

Stuart is also able to book your test for you.

Stuart does not teach test routes as he wants to ensure all students can drive in any environment and not just the area where they will take their test. 

However Stuart will ensure that all students are familiar with the area where they want to take their practical test.
